“We had an incredible time. From start to finish, it was perfect. Our thanks to you and the BMA staff for creating such a lovely atmosphere. The two rooms looked fantastic, the food was delicious and even the weather held up for us! The feedback from our guests has been overwhelming.” “After a small family wedding in August 2020 we were thrilled to be returning to BMA House for a bigger celebration, as we had originally planned, in July 2021. We invited 120 guests to our ceremony and wedding breakfast which took place in the Paget Room, with an additional 20 guests arriving in the evening for drinks and dancing in the Snow Room next door. The weather held just long enough for us to have our drinks reception in the beautiful courtyard and we were also able to take some photos with our families in the garden. BMA House is stunning - from the building itself to the courtyard to the rooms, it is everything you could want from a central London venue. The rooms and the courtyard all looked beautiful and we have had tons of compliments from our guests about how lovely it was. Having Victoria and the events team to help us plan was a huge advantage and made everything much more straightforward. Their organisation and communication was fantastic, especially Victoria, both in the build up and on the day itself. Overall our wedding was perfect - delicious food and drink and lots of fun, in a beautiful and sophisticated setting, with staff who really worked hard to plan the perfect day for us and make sure we could enjoy it to the full. We had a fantastic day - thank you so much for making it all happen and giving us not one but two special days of celebration!”

“Our event went very well yesterday and the service we received throughout the project from you and your team was excellent. The Great Hall was a perfect space for us and looked really special on the day. The food was really good and we received a lot of positive comments about the lunch.
Please could you pass on our thanks to the whole team, and particularly to the AV team who were super helpful throughout the day, particularly when we had to deal with some last-minute tech issues of our own making.”

“The Event Industry News team work with BMA House on many editorial features and marketing pieces but the Sustainable Breakfast Briefing was our first experience at hosting an event with the venue, and it did not disappoint. Our event focussed on sustainability and BMA House certainly works hard to get their green credentials and rightly so. From the offset the BMA House events team worked with us to produce the most sustainable event we could, from the online registration process to a plant-based breakfast and we managed to produce a zero carbon event – it was a great success.
I’d highly recommend working with BMA House, it’s a stunning venue, in a brilliant location and their focus on sustainability is second to none. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.”

“Hannah was amazing from start to finish in organising our summer party, everything was amazing. The Gin Magician wowed everyone and was a fun person to have serving us all. All food and drink was amazing. DJ played amazing music and really ended our event on a high.”

“I just wanted to send you a quick email to say a massive thank you to your events team for facilitating a great summer party for our company. A particular mention must go out to Victoria Lewis who was our contact at BMA House for the event.
Victoria was diligent, flexible and incredibly accommodating of our needs. No request was too much and she remained attentive and helpful throughout the night.
Our guests loved the space, the food was great and the bar staff were always on hand to top up those empty glasses! A really successful night all round and that is largely due to the hard work and dedication of Victoria and the team.
We will have no hesitation in recommending BMA House as a preferred venue of choice throughout our networks so please do not be surprised if you start receiving calls for future bookings!”

“I would just like to say again how impressed I was with the level of customer service at BMA House. Everyone from the security guard to the tech crew and catering team, front of house and back, was absolutely at the top of their game – friendly, knowledgeable and for whom nothing was too much trouble.
It is a shame that such customer service should be noteworthy rather than the norm – but such is the world. I can only put it down to your effective leadership and development of a client-focussed workplace culture.”
