The Role
We’re looking for a talented midweight Project Manager to join our team. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has experience delivering live, experiential and design led projects.
You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day delivery across a variety of pitches and projects, from creative development through to execution. Working closely with our creative, and project teams, you’ll help bring ideas to life while ensuring timelines, budgets, logistics and sustainability planning runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Support end-to-end delivery of projects and activations, from planning through to wrap-up
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a reliable point of contact
- Collaborate on proposals and pitch decks
- Track project milestones, scopes, and schedules
- Liaise with internal teams on creative direction and technical feasibility
Sustainability Management
- Ensure our sustainable practices are integrated across all projects
- Work with our team and partners to meet sustainability requirements and reduce environmental impact
- Support data tracking and reporting against sustainability goals
- Promote circularity, reuse, and low-waste approaches from concept to delivery
Production Support
- Assist in managing supply partners, venues, and logistics
- Draft production schedules, briefs, and key event documents
- Interpret technical drawings and site plans
- Coordinate run-of-show documents, H&S planning, and compliance needs
Budget Tracking
- Support budget management, quotes, and reconciliations
- Monitor costs and flag risks or overspends
- Help maintain project profitability
- Talent & Supply Partner Coordination
- Research and manage supply partners and freelancers
- Book talent, entertainment, and other show elements
- Prioritise sustainable and inclusive practices across production
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a project or production management role
- Experience in live events, experiential activations, and creative campaigns
- Solid grasp of timelines, budgets, and stakeholder comms
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects
