Brilliant, creative service!

We worked with Mix & Match on a couple of our outdoor events, and the service was fantastic - super professional, great friendly staff and delicious drinks. They were also really up for the challenge of setting up in outdoor locations that aren't usually event spaces, which made things so much easier for us on the day. They even create bespoke cocktails for our music festival Sound Unbound.
They were also brilliant when we were looking for local businesses to work with on a community radio project - they did a cocktail masterclass live on air with our presenters and really got stuck in to the fun and silliness of it all! Would 100% recommend working with them!

Easy, decisive and fun

I love working with Team M&M! I took part in a pilot virtual event and it was awesome! Wasn't sure what to expect but along with delicious cocktails and really creative 'out of the box' touches, the charismatic presenters had us in fits of laughter throughout. It was also way more energetic than I expected! On the flip side, as a supplier rather than customer, I find them decisive, easy to work with and professional on all levels.

The star of the show

As an event manager for a pharmaceutical company it can be quite difficult to bring something new to their events we planned a tech fair at the Gilead offices in Cambridge
I employed Mix and-match and asked if they could use the Gilead logo on their bar front they did far more than I could ever ask the bar was personalised to the Gilead fair They also asked for the correct colours and template to make sure it was absolutely perfect they designed several cocktails that was Exclusively for Gilead this absolutely thrilled all the employees as did the cocktail umbrellas etc which were also personalised with the Gilead logo. On site they were friendly , extremely clean ,tidy and calm.
We also had a very challenging client who attended from the USA and when they went back to the USA they asked their event team if they could provide for their technical fair a company that was similar to mix-and-match as they were so impressed.
If it hadn’t been for lockdown we would be using mix-and-match for all of the Techs Events around the UK. They are extremely, professional,Versatile ,adaptable and simply the best !

Virtually Brilliant

Sam and Paul are so brilliant to work with and were incredibly supportive when we launched our virtual venue experience The Shutter Lounge. It quickly became clear that a bar was going to feature regularly in our digital space with the incorporation of some really great interactive mixologists. Sam and Paul worked with us to develop interactive cocktail demonstrations with a fantastic selection of charismatic bartenders. I couldn't be happier with everything they have done. Great team. Safe (and innovative) pair of hands

Mix & Match always deliver. Whether it be an immersive adventure for 1000, requiring glow in the dark cocktails or smoking campfire creations, or virtual masterclasses to keep a group engaged, they will find the best way to go about things.

I’ve worked closely with Sam & Paul through the good times, pre-Covid, and those more testing times, and they are always a pleasure to engage with.

I wouldn't go to anyone else...

Mix & Match were recommended to me by a lot of DW users for an event I was running in Metropolis Studios for a large Spotify 3 day writing camp. They were super responsive, managed to created themed cocktails to fit our 'log cabin' aesthetic and set up and ran the cocktail bar for us for 3 days serving a lot of thirsty artists and guests.

Most recently I've been involved with one of their virtual cocktail events, and although initially apprehensive at how something like this would translate virtually, I was soon proven VERY wrong as not only were their drinks incredible (a given) but the fun element and hosts involved just elevated this much higher than any similar event I've seen in the last long year. I should have known really that if anyone could pull it off, they could! I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your drinks needs, and to top it off, they are just bloody good people!

Amazing cocktails and amazing customer service!

Mix and Match are amazing! They've created bespoke cocktail menus, branded bars and brought so much entertainment to our events! They go above and beyond with their customer service and the drinks are fab!! Their knowledge and creativity doesn't go un noticed and comes in very handy when it comes to unique enquiries. These guys are my go to for anything bar/drink related :)

ALL ROUND GREAT SERVICE

I came to Mix & Match Ltd with a niche and time-sensitive request and they DELIVERED on all levels! Paul and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for my campaign and delivered even more than I initially anticipated. I can't wait to work on another campaign where I will get to work with Mix and Match again! Wholly recommend!!
