The National Conference Centre whilst located at The National Motor Museum is a separate and dedicated events venue, with two of our rooms accommodating 1000 theatre style and additional suites for 300 theatre style down to 10 boardroom. Located in its own grounds with plenty of free car parking, it has the added bonus of an events field on site. There are charging points for electric cars and space for coaches to park. It has its own dedicated and impressive marble entrance lobby for the majority of rooms, with a manned reception desk. Three rooms are located above the museum entrance, but provide good self- contained events rooms that are quietly located above where the museum exhibits are. The centre is perfect for all types of events. Guests of the centre can also enjoy the museum exhibits, with 1000 British made bikes on display. There is a central courtyard that separates the museum from the centre. It’s a perfect area for barbeques or photos with its ornamental fountain.

The centre has great access for load in and load out, with vehicle access to certain rooms. There is a service lift that gives goods access to the suite located on a lower ground level. There is a good and easy flow between the suites. WIFI is complimentary throughout. We also own 2 local 4 star hotels; Best Western Windmill Village, Golf Course and Spa and Manor Hotel, Meriden. The NCC team can support event guests in getting preferential rates.

Massive thank you

Hi Fearne,

Just wanted to follow up and say a massive thank you for all your help in making our event a success yesterday – delegates rated the venue and refreshments highly!

I have to extend a big thank you to Max and Juliana too – they really were exceptional to runnings of the day, super helpful and welcoming to all of us. Max was brilliant at communicating everything as planned for the day and really was on top of everything for us. And Juliana was a super host making sure we were all fed and watered and well looked after. They are a real asset to the team at NCC.

Thank you also to Glenn for having the AV set up for us with absolutely no technical glitches spoiling the day!

I hope to use your venue again next year and this time, we will have plenty of time ahead to plan everything in properly.

Hi Fearne, the day went extremely well as always. 10/10. I would also like to feedback how fantastic Justin is. From the moment I arrive he is attentive, very organised and so approachable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. His customer service skills are superb

Michelle, a big thank you to you and all the team at NCC for making yesterday’s event possible. We’ve had some amazing feedback already and it was a great success. You helped make everything possible and we are all very grateful.

Please send a special thank you to Justin who was simple the best. I’ve run events in too many places to remember but none of them had a Justin. He was brilliant, even when I was asking stupid questions as food was coming out! He is exceptional.

Also thank you to the gentleman in your team who helped me lift something too heavy by the Premier doors. He checked in on us during the day and was charming. I bet he never forgets a face either.

All your people were lovely. Friendly and smiling and helpful. What a team!

A repeat event

Great venue

Thank you for a great, well organised venue across the two days. Liton and the team were extremely helpful and on hand at every opportunity throughout the day. The venue was really easy to get too and very clean.

We hold these type of events across the UK and this particular location was great and we had no issues, it all ran every smoothly. Thank you to Michelle for organising!

Excellent conference

Charlotte was an excellent coordinator and checked in on me during the day. We were very well looked after and the team made our event a very professional and engaging event. Having 'behind the scene' support on areas such as AV was also invaluable and really made the day work.

As always, the venue and the staff always look after us and help us put on a great event. Max and Augusto are always very helpful and accommodating to any requests and check in throughout the day that we are happy.
