This is our third visit and event at the NCC and each time we have found the standards of the venue and staff to be of extremly high standard. The gentleman in charge in our room - Augusto (i may have his name wrong) is amazing and makes the venue, setting up and all of our needs met and to a high standard, he always has a smile on his face and nothing is too much trouble, all staff on shift that day were great, helpful and willing to help, i could not fault anyone. 5*

Thank you for always been professional, well organised and accommodating of us. Augusto is always really helpful and is on hand to help with anything which is really appreciated when we have a large event. 'Booking the facility for our event was well supported by the NCC staff.
