Michelle, a big thank you to you and all the team at NCC for making yesterday’s event possible. We’ve had some amazing feedback already and it was a great success. You helped make everything possible and we are all very grateful.

Please send a special thank you to Justin who was simple the best. I’ve run events in too many places to remember but none of them had a Justin. He was brilliant, even when I was asking stupid questions as food was coming out! He is exceptional.

Also thank you to the gentleman in your team who helped me lift something too heavy by the Premier doors. He checked in on us during the day and was charming. I bet he never forgets a face either.

All your people were lovely. Friendly and smiling and helpful. What a team!

A repeat event

Louise and I just wanted to thank you for making our day so special. The venue was perfect and the food was delicious.

Justin and the team looking after us were a credit. Their professionalism and attentiveness helped ensured the day went off brilliantly.

Great venue

Thank you for a great, well organised venue across the two days. Liton and the team were extremely helpful and on hand at every opportunity throughout the day. The venue was really easy to get too and very clean.

We hold these type of events across the UK and this particular location was great and we had no issues, it all ran every smoothly. Thank you to Michelle for organising!

Excellent conference

Charlotte was an excellent coordinator and checked in on me during the day. We were very well looked after and the team made our event a very professional and engaging event. Having 'behind the scene' support on areas such as AV was also invaluable and really made the day work.

Great service again (Repeat conference user)

As always, the venue and the staff always look after us and help us put on a great event. Max and Augusto are always very helpful and accommodating to any requests and check in throughout the day that we are happy.

Customer service could not have been better.

Customer service could not have been better. The team headed up by Max on the day were polite, friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive indeed. Everything about the day was just fabulous.
It was great to have hot food and cold food and I was impressed that we could move our morning refreshments to an earlier time as we were ahead of time.
Overall, I wish that all venues could provide such a consistent service throughout the entire day.
Thank you to all the team, with a special shout out for Max who even carried my suitcase up to reception for me - over and above!

Repeat user testimonial

This is our third visit and event at the NCC and each time we have found the standards of the venue and staff to be of extremly high standard. The gentleman in charge in our room - Augusto (i may have his name wrong) is amazing and makes the venue, setting up and all of our needs met and to a high standard, he always has a smile on his face and nothing is too much trouble, all staff on shift that day were great, helpful and willing to help, i could not fault anyone. 5*

Conference feedback

Thank you for always been professional, well organised and accommodating of us. Augusto is always really helpful and is on hand to help with anything which is really appreciated when we have a large event. This makes everything easy for us on the day and things run smoothly, thank you. AV team are excellent as always.
