ARC partners with The Delegate Wranglers as demand grows for non-traditional venues

Arena Racing Company (ARC) has partnered with The Delegate Wranglers, reflecting the rising demand in the events industry for non-traditional, experience-led venues that deliver both value and impact.

As a Platinum Partner, the collaboration will deliver a sustained, year-long programme of content, events and industry engagement throughout 2026, spotlighting six ARC racecourses: Doncaster, Newcastle, Uttoxeter, Royal Windsor, Bath and Lingfield. These venues form part of YourVenue, the conference and events arm of ARC, which represents a nationwide portfolio of 16 UK racecourses offering distinctive, large-scale and outdoor spaces for summer parties, teambuilding, conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and hospitality experiences.

The activity will ensure ARC venues remain front of mind for organisers seeking accessible and high-capacity spaces outside London.

“Their venues deliver the distinctive, experience-led environments our community is increasingly seeking – memorable spaces with expansive outdoor settings that support wellbeing, alongside the opportunity to incorporate high-impact hospitality experiences. This partnership gives thousands of planners greater visibility of what these venues can offer and expands the range of quality options available to the market.”

Neil Thompson, Founder, The Delegate Wranglers

Angela Colley-Francis, National Account Manager of ARC, said: “Racecourses offer something genuinely different for event organisers – expansive spaces, fresh air, easy access and the chance to create experiences you simply can’t replicate elsewhere. Partnering with The Delegate Wranglers gives us a powerful platform to consistently connect with planners who are actively looking for something new. This year-long programme keeps our destinations visible, relevant and part of the conversation all year round.”
