The Walking in a Greener Wonderland packages are designed to specifically help event clients be more environmentally conscious at Christmas – a time of the year when waste and carbon footprint are traditionally at their highest.
Available from £105 per person, each green Christmas party package includes room hire, cloakroom facilities, advanced LED lighting and PA systems, and a dedicated event elf as standard; as well as estimated event carbon measuring, fairtrade tea and coffee, and eco-friendly centrepieces.
In collaboration with Company of Cooks, BMA House’s caterer, the three-course, hand-selected set menus offer culinary excellence with a conscious touch. Dinners comprise local and responsibly sourced ingredients and are complemented by an assortment of vegan wines. Clients are provided with details of suppliers, the carbon impact of each dish provided during the event and information on waste and recycling.

Extras such as a canapes, English sparkling wines or champagne, a magical mulled wine cart and entertainment can be selected as package upgrades tailored to guests’ wants and needs and all are sustainably sourced.
