Double Win for 15Hatfields at the C&IT Impact Awards 2025

15Hatfields has backed up its reputation as a pioneer in sustainable events, picking up two accolades in the C&IT Impact Awards 2025.

The meeting and events venue was named Best Venue within London and also took home the Best Supplier - Grand Prix Award, in recognition of its outstanding innovation, environmental impact and carbon reduction efforts.

The Conference & Incentive Travel (C&IT) Impact Awards honour organisations across the events industry that are driving real change through creativity, sustainability, and excellence in delivery.

The Best Venue within London award celebrates 15Hatfields’ unwavering commitment to redefining what it means to be a sustainable venue. Judges praised the team’s leadership in championing low-impact events through pioneering initiatives such as their Counting the Cost of Carbon campaign, transparent carbon calculator reports, and a stringent sustainable procurement strategy.

15Hatfields was also named the overall Best Supplier – Grand Prix Winner, selected from the winners of all supplier categories, for the breadth and depth of its impact across the industry. Commending the venue for giving event planners and booking teams complete confidence in its ability to deliver ethical and environmentally-sound events, alongside its approach to learning and development provide a shining example for the rest of the industry to follow.

"We are thrilled to have won not just one, but two C&IT Impact Awards – particularly the Grand Prix honour which is an incredible endorsement of our team’s relentless drive to push our sustainable practices further and lead the way in responsible event delivery. These wins belong to every team member, supplier, and client who shares our belief that impactful events can and must be sustainable. We’re proud to be proving that events don’t have to cost the earth."

Joe Harris, deputy general manager, 15Hatfields

These latest award wins follow 15Hatfields' recent Silver win for outstanding achievement in Carbon Reduction & Net-Zero at the Greengage Sustainability Awards 2025, further underlining the venue’s leadership in low-carbon innovation. The venue’s carbon-neutral status, achieved in December 2024, is just one milestone in its bold roadmap to becoming carbon negative.
