Hilton Birmingham Metropole has launched a new Executive Experience developed for event professionals looking to upgrade key opinion leaders, VIPs, and high-profile delegates. The experience brings together three of the new concepts brought into the venue following its refurbishment last year; its new Executive Suites, the Executive Lounge, and the inspirational Brightsmith-on-the-Water cocktail bar and contemporary dining restaurant.

The Executive Experience is available to all events from 2023 and works within the venue’s strategy of providing different levels of hospitality based on delegate profile and budget. While there remains easily accessible rooms for every guest, the Executive Experience offers a first-class option when required by the event organiser.

Brightsmith-on-the-Water is an exclusive bar and restaurant that looks over the onsite lake at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, offering theatrical and dramatic cocktails alongside fine dining cuisine. The area can be exclusively booked as a VIP extension for events, either at the beginning or the end of the night. Meanwhile, the hotel’s Executive Lounge is situated adjacent to Brightsmith-on-the-Water and is a private area ideal for breakfast and as a private study for delegates.

Both areas can complement the new Executive Rooms and Suites developed by the hotel during its multi-million pound refurbishment. The suites include a range of categories, up to Presidential level with options for in room lounges and workspaces. Together the three areas offer a continuous level of high-class experience throughout the event.

“Not all delegates have the same requirements and a big part of our refurbishment strategy was to allow organisers to create different levels of hospitality for their delegates. This is really relevant for conferences where some delegates want to choose a high premium option, or where the event is creating different tiered experiences. The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is also offering The Executive Experience to organisers to use as office and relaxation areas during the event. With more and more event staff needing out of hours or separate hospitality, these spaces can provide quiet retreats that increase productivity while supplying nutritious, healthy, and supportive hospitality.
