It’s been a strange old time for the hospitality industry but, as we start to emerge from lockdown, Imago Venue have made their customers a promise for the future. They have produced two documents, the first is their Customer Manifesto that sets out ten actions they have taken to give you the confidence to hold events in their venues. But there is just one overarching pledge from the Imago team:
To deliver the same fantastic customer service we always have, whilst protecting the safety of all our guests.
This isn’t just a response to Covid-19. This is how they promise to do business in the future. This industry is all above service. As everybody is adapting to a new ‘normal’, their insistence on quality and outstanding customer care will never change.
Their teams have also been busy preparing a comprehensive set of measures designed to give clients the peace of mind to book their next event. Things will not be quite the same for a while and customers will require flexibility and creativity with spaces to meet their objectives and give the confidence to go ahead. Their 'Safe In Our Hands' Guide is designed to guide clients through exactly what to expect and the measures put in place to keep clients and delegates safe.
