From a dinner served in one of London’s oldest private dining rooms at the home of English wine trade, Vintners’ Hall, to a high-tech meeting at 30 Euston Square or One Moorgate place, Searcys venue collection is back in business, united by a focus on exceptional service and expertise.

They are now taking bookings for weddings up to 15 guests or business meetings and dinners for up to 30 delegates at:

  • The HAC
  • 10-11 Carlton House Terrace
  • Vintners ‘Hall
  • 30 Euston Square
  • The Royal Institution
  • 11 Cavendish Square
  • The Barbican
  • One Moorgate Place
  • HAC,
  • The Gherkin
  • St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar
  • Saatchi Gallery.

Searcys ensure that each space receives “We’re Good to Go” industry accreditation, launched by VisitBritain, the UK’s national tourist board. This means that each venue adheres to the Government and public health guidance, that they have carried out COVID-19 risk assessments and that they have the required processes in place for you to visit safely. More so, all Searcys venues are regularly audited and accredited by NAVITAS (an independent health and safety consultancy with over 30 years of experience) for compliance in line with our secure safety framework.

The measures that have been implemented for their teams, contractors and guests include enhanced cleaning regimes, tightened access control, revised event room capacities to support social distancing and increased wayfinding signage. Searcys have also re-trained our teams to serve food in new, safer way.

A star performer of any event is its hospitality. With this in mind, the chefs have revised and reimagined our food and drink offer to minimise contact. This autumn, they are presenting a new seasonal touch-free menu for events, with individual bento boxes prepared for each guest.

The Autumn menu has been developed around themes from going back to tradition with Ploughman’s lunchbox and Best of British (Confit salmon, pickled fennel, samphire, dill and lemon dressing, Roast beef, horseradish cream and rocket, whole grain roll) to Pescatarian (Smoked mackerel, pickled fennel, Wye crayfish, truffle and chive potato salad).

Asian, Indian, Mediterranean dishes are also on the list, as is a fabulous new Vegan lunchbox. Their vegan selection offers Pearl barley and roasted tubers, Field mushroom fricassee, charred farmhouse bread, Chive, potato and pea salad, crispy shallots and Plum crumble, soya vanilla yoghurt.

Searcys head chef Daniel Broughton, who developed the menu, says: “We’ve spent the last few months meticulously re-designing our menus and re-training our staff to make sure the catering experience guests receive at events is COVID-safe, whilst continuing to deliver our high standards of service. The creation of touch-free menus has been a vital part of the process involved for restarting events, and we are absolutely positive that safe catering is more than possible at events. The boxes have already well-received by attendees.”
