Selling Savvy Enters New Phase Under Director-Led Management Buyout

Selling Savvy has announced a management buyout, with Kat Rack and Louisa Ritchie stepping into the roles of Directors as the business enters its next phase of growth.

Having played a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s hospitality training in recent years, Kat and Louisa now take full responsibility for leading the strategic direction of the sales training consultancy. Their focus is to build on the company’s strong reputation while expanding its offer and deepening client partnerships. Clients can expect the same high-level delivery that Selling Savvy is known for, alongside new developments designed to support long-term sales capability.

As part of this next stage, Selling Savvy is developing a structured Sales Academy framework, creating clear progression pathways for sales professionals at different stages of their careers - designed to support progression from entry-level skills through to advanced expertise. Further details will be shared later in the year.

Selling Savvy was founded in 2018 by Kate Plowright, whose vision and drive established the strong foundations the business continues to build upon today.
