Event filming and streaming specialist First Sight Media has been appointed as the official AV partner for The Delegate Wranglers during International Confex 2026, and following a highly successful collaboration throughout 2025, during which First Sight Media delivered technical production and content capture for the community's flagship events.
The expanded remit will see First Sight Media providing full production support and filming for The Delegate Wranglers' key events throughout the upcoming year, cementing a partnership built on shared values and operational excellence.
The decision comes on the back of two standout projects in the 2025 calendar: The Delegate Wranglers Summit and the annual Christmas Event.
For The Summit, held at the Wyboston Lakes Resort near Milton Keynes, First Sight Media delivered a comprehensive technical solution for the full-day, 150-person conference. The setup included a full stage build with repeater screens to ensure accessibility for all delegates. Additionally, the team deployed one of their trademark pop-up studios outside the main theatre, capturing high-quality interviews with industry leaders and attendees to extend the life of the event content through on-demand content and evergreen video.
Most recently, First Sight Media captured the magic of The Delegate Wranglers' Christmas Party. Hosted by Chrissy Bray at the stunning Tower Hotel by Thistle, London, the event saw 144 guests celebrate in style. First Sight Media deployed a ten-strong crew to cover the event, producing a dynamic highlights video that captured the energy of the afternoon.
