The Meetings Show, the UK’s leading event that brings together the world’s meetings and events community, is calling for innovators and industry experts to submit their game-changing ideas and insights for the 2025 show.

Can you confidently talk about the future of event marketing? Are you bursting with top tips for improving well-being in the industry? Have you got the handle on hybrid?

If so, The Meetings Show’s knowledge team would love to hear how you would share these insights – and more – with a global audience of corporate, agency and association planners when it returns on 25-26 June at Excel London.

Potential speakers and panellists are invited to put forward session ideas for the show’s education programme that will be curated in partnership with The Attendee Experience Company (atex) and take place over both days of the show.

Sought-after topics for this year’s education programme, include:

  • Sustainable practices
  • Hybrid and virtual event technology
  • AI and tech tools
  • Experiential design
  • Event marketing
  • Well-being
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Leadership and personal growth

For those who prefer to take innovation to another level, The Meetings Show is also providing the opportunity to present a session at The Blank Canvas. The dedicated space is designed to push boundaries and showcase products and services driving change in the industry and has been a popular addition since its introduction in 2023.

The team has worked hard to ensure a strong ROI for speakers, providing benefits such as access to VIP networking, profile building and featuring in the 2025 speaker playbook, which creates a longer-lasting legacy and furthers the reach to meetings and events buyers.

“Our lineup is all about igniting ideas and shaping the future of the meetings, events and incentives world, so we’re really keen to hear from all of those experts who want to make that happen. Potential speakers can find all the information they need in our extensive list of FAQs that have been carefully designed to support applications. The team is looking forward to working with them to drive innovation.”

We continue to be committed to delivering a first-class education programme that provides attendees with a wealth of knowledge and expands their horizons and also helps them maximise their time during a visit to the show.”

The deadline for submissions is 17 January. The speaker form and FAQs for submissions and providing further details can be accessed here.
