One year’s FREE subscription to NHS approved wellbeing app for the music and live events industries

April is Stress Awareness Month; as good a time as any to look after your mental health. Thanks to support from the BRIT Trust, BPI, BRIT Awards and partners from the recorded music sector, Music Support, the charity that helps those in the music and live events industry affected by mental ill-health and/or addiction is proud to offer one year’s FREE subscription (for a limited period) to NHS approved mental health app, Thrive. With over 100 hours of content and clinically designed mental health tools, Thrive helps people to manage stress, anxiety and depression.

Further details can be found on Music Support’s website here along with testimonials from industry peers and a link to register to set up your free Thrive account. You will then have access to the app’s many amazing features including the CBT programme, meditation, calm breathing and live coaching, a confidential text message service that puts users in direct contact with a qualified psychologist who can address immediate concerns they may have for themselves or a friend/colleague/family member.

Whilst Thrive is really beneficial for those in immediate distress it also acts as a preventative tool, guiding users through how to look after their mental health during the current pandemic (and beyond).
