Curated by Unique Venues of Great Britain, and supported by partners including World Span, Clear Agency and Selling Savvy, this future-forward event will be held simultaneously in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester, as well as online, and promises to deliver key insights and advice for event planning in 2022 and beyond.
Based on three fundamental principles: Innovate, Explore and Collaborate, the event will feature (soon to be announced) industry specialists, who will share their stories on success; a hybrid exhibition for venues and suppliers; followed by a session around building relationships amongst planners and venues.
Professor Damien Hughes, from well-known The High-Performance Podcast (with Jake Humphrey), has been announced as the host for the first session around Innovation, leading influential industry guests through a Q&A and highlighting their journey to success.
In the Explore session, the exhibition will allow guests to engage with venues and event suppliers from across the UK, with a unique opportunity to network and connect.
The day will conclude with the Collaboration session, with interactive breakouts and an esteemed panel will discuss how to build lucrative and authentic relationships between venues and event agents.
The team behind the event aim to operate UV Expo 2022 on a not-for-profit-basis and donate to UKHarvest, the food waste charity. Headline sponsors confirmed are World Span Events and Experiences, with session partners listed as Manchester Central, Clear Agency and Selling Savvy.
Following the success of UVM Expo 2020, the event will be adopting a hybrid approach. UV Expo 2022 will allow event organisers to attend in-person or virtually.
