Jack stands out as a great event specialist.

Jack and I have worked together on a few large scale, high profile events, I have found that Jack is a brilliant and gifted Event specialist who really understands how to get the best out of people, he is the ultimate people manager and is an asset to any event. What really impressed me about Jack is his ability to deal with conflicting priorities in high pressure situations, He never loses his cool which is one of the many reasons he stands out as a great event specialist.

We were very impressed!

Jack and his team were amazing at designing our stand, he really took into consideration what we did and didn't want, he helped us with everything. This was the first time we used Saward, for the Plantworx show, if we do a show where we exhibit that size again, i am sure we will be contacting Jack to work with him again! He also visited us during the show, to make sure everything was going well and how it should be, we definitely recommend Jack and his team to design your exhibition stand! I think we were the best stand at the show, thanks to Jack for allowing us to be the tallest stand inside!

JACK SAWARD IS THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL

I first met Jack at the Molson 2021 Open Days. I was exhibiting as a supplier to Molson Equipment & my first impression was of how professional & unassuming he was. He went about the show quietly, regularly checking on each exhibitor, ensuring they were ok & had everything they needed.
I had the pleasure of working directly with Jack this year, with him offering support & direct input into our stand preparation & setup for Plantworx 2022. His keen eye & high level of attention to every aspect of the stand is outstanding. No question is too much for him & knowing that you have him by your side (visibly or invisibly) instils a confidence that everything will be all right.
Not only is Jack the ultimate professional, he is also an all round nice guy. I would highly recommend Saward Marketing & Events & am looking forward to working with them all again for future events.

Jack isn't afraid to challenge his clients

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jack since around 2010. In my prior role, I frequently contracted Saward Marketing & Events to deliver trade show displays for multiple brands around the World. More recently, I have been fortunate to partner with Jack on projects for my own clients and look forward to growing this collaboration in future.

When it comes to trade shows and events, no-one does it better than Jack. He manages to blend superb organizational capabilities, creativity and a focus on ensuring the chosen design delivers on the project goals, with a brilliant, easy-going personality. When you have Jack working on your project, you know that it will be delivered as promised - on time, on budget, and handed over with a smile (and some English breakfast teabags!).

Jack also isn't afraid to challenge his clients. All too often in trade show and event planning, logistical challenges can take over, and it can be easy to lose sight of the original goal. Not with Jack in your corner. He constantly brings the discussions back to the question of "what is the goal, what are you trying to achieve", and uses this information to create exhibit designs that are both effective and experiential.

Invaluable support, executed to the highest standard

Having worked with Jack and his team for a number of years, we were already confident in their capabilities and level of professionalism, and they did not disappoint at the recent Hillhead show.
During pre-show planning Jack was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and approachable. He was available to call anytime and ironed out any concerns efficiently, whilst keeping us on track with deadlines and planning.
During the show, he and the team went above and beyond to ensure our set-up was smooth sailing, helping us with any issues we had. Even if the problem was outside of their remit, they were still able to guide us to the correct person, to find a solution.

What is a 'Professional Cuddle'?
We get asked about this a lot! If you can imagine the comfort and reassurance you get when giving a loved one or family member a cuddle. That's what we provide our clients with when delivering a project for them. That comfort and reassurance that their project is in safe hands with us.
Where do you deliver your work?
We don't have any real limitations as to where we can deliver. We have worked all across the UK and Europe. North America, China and Africa to date. We have also project managed certain bits of work in Australasia and Dubai.
What services do you offer?
We can do as much or as little as you need us to do. Stand Construction (System/Traditional) Roadshow Unit / Hospitality Trailer Marquees / Show Tent / Show Structure / Event Structure Event Furniture AV / Music / Photography Floral Displays Posts and Chains / Fencing Graphics / Flags / Banners Hospitality Items Promotional and Hospitality Staff Entertainment. The list is extensive so always better to have an initial conversation and see what your priorities are and we can help develop a package of support that best fits your needs.
Why do we need a company like you?
Why do our job when you could be doing yours! It sounds simple, but given the amount of time you will lose organising everything associated with your event, it makes more financial sense to get an expert to do it for you. We'll do it in less time and with a lot more experience of all the potential hurdles you might experience along the way.
Why should we work with you and not one of your industry peers?
We would prefer you read what our existing customers say about our service and make your own mind up. Anyone can come on the phone and try and sell at you, but that's never been our approach.
