Wholeheartedly Recommend Saward Marketing and Events

Jack Saward and his team assist the CPA with a number of exhibitions, including the Executive Hire Show and Hillhead. Jack’s experience of delivering successful exhibition spaces is second to none, and he always gives excellent advice about what might work best for any given situation, or by the same token what might not work so well.

The whole team are always extremely professional, personable and deliver a very high level of service. We wholeheartedly recommend Saward Marketing and Events and they are a lovely team to deal with.

Event planning is not easy, but when you have a team dedicated to making your event a success, it suddenly becomes easy. They thought of everything and assisted us throughout. We will continue to plan all our events with Saward Marketing & Events as the service we receive is so perfect.

Setting the Standard: Exceptional Professionalism in Event Management

Having worked with Jack Saward during 2022/23 I was very excited to work with him again this year. One of the most professional event profs I have had the pleasure of working with, his attention to detail and giving his clients the best possible experience is something I really think sets the bar high. I always walk away from his jobs having learnt something, and those are the people we should all inspire to be like and more importantly surround ourselves with.

Exceptional Support and Seamless Execution from Saward Marketing & Events

Communication with the Saward Marketing and Events Team was straightforward throughout, Jack responded quickly and we were given a clear timeline of deadlines at each stage of the process. Jack provided helpful advice when discussing power to equipment at the stand and also acted as a catalyst in the relationship between Eriez and Exhibit3Sixty and their logistics team.

The stand looked great, and we needed little to no support throughout the show as all eventualities had been thought of in the buildup.

Saward Marketing & Events provide comprehensive support from the conception of the project until well after the Exhibition has finished, the team are knowledgeable and easy to get along with - we look forward to working with them again!

In my time working with Jack, I have consistently been impressed by his professionalism, integrity and ability to go above and beyond to meet project deadlines. Someone who demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

He excels in generating a positive work environment, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives. With an ability to motivate and inspire those around he has significantly contributed to the success of various projects.

A well organised person who demonstrates the capability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. He has a keen eye for identifying potential issues before they escalate and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects.

Jack stands out as a great event specialist.

Jack and I have worked together on a few large scale, high profile events, I have found that Jack is a brilliant and gifted Event specialist who really understands how to get the best out of people, he is the ultimate people manager and is an asset to any event. What really impressed me about Jack is his ability to deal with conflicting priorities in high pressure situations, He never loses his cool which is one of the many reasons he stands out as a great event specialist.

We were very impressed!

Jack and his team were amazing at designing our stand, he really took into consideration what we did and didn't want, he helped us with everything. This was the first time we used Saward, for the Plantworx show, if we do a show where we exhibit that size again, i am sure we will be contacting Jack to work with him again! He also visited us during the show, to make sure everything was going well and how it should be, we definitely recommend Jack and his team to design your exhibition stand! I think we were the best stand at the show, thanks to Jack for allowing us to be the tallest stand inside!
