At The Delegate Wranglers recent Summit, the community announced that they are supporting ‘Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas campaign to provide Christmas presents for children living in poverty.
About the Cash For Kids Mission Christmas campaign: Thousands of children are living in poverty and so many are at risk of waking up without presents to open because Christmas is a luxury their families can't afford. It'll be just like any other day. But Mission Christmas is aiming to make a difference. They're getting ready to help Santa reach children who might receive nothing – making sure they have something special to open on Christmas morning.
The Delegate Wranglers' support for this fantastic charity was announced by Co-Founder of the community, Diane Thompson, at their recent DW Summit which took place at Wyboston Lakes Resort in August.
"This is a wonderful campaign that we have personally supported for many years and feel passionately that no child should wake up on Christmas day without a present. Our daughter, Charlotte, was born on Christmas Day and has been very fortunate to receive both birthday gifts and Christmas presents each year so it’s a charity that really resonates with us and we are delighted to support Mission Christmas this year and highlight awareness of the campaign to the event industry. If we can go a little way to help the thousands of children living in poverty, then we'll do everything we can - and we hope our fabulous members will get involved too."

To support this wonderful cause, DW members can take part in one of the following ways:
(1) Make a donation which will go towards buying gifts for these children who would otherwise be waking up without any presents on Christmas Day - you can do that HERE
(2) Anyone attending the DW Nearly Christmas Party on 25 Nov, can bring a gift to the party! The DW team will ensure they all get sent over to the Cash For Kids team, so that a child in need can receive it this Christmas. All guests need to do is bring to the party, a new and unwrapped gift, suitable for children of ages from birth to 18...but the Cash for Kids team have requested they mostly struggle with gifts for babies and teenagers (especially boys)
