JACK SAWARD IS THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL

I first met Jack at the Molson 2021 Open Days. I was exhibiting as a supplier to Molson Equipment & my first impression was of how professional & unassuming he was. He went about the show quietly, regularly checking on each exhibitor, ensuring they were ok & had everything they needed.
I had the pleasure of working directly with Jack this year, with him offering support & direct input into our stand preparation & setup for Plantworx 2022. His keen eye & high level of attention to every aspect of the stand is outstanding. No question is too much for him & knowing that you have him by your side (visibly or invisibly) instils a confidence that everything will be all right.
Not only is Jack the ultimate professional, he is also an all round nice guy. I would highly recommend Saward Marketing & Events & am looking forward to working with them all again for future events.

Outstanding from start to finish

Saward Marketing & Events has elevated our show presence every Hillhead since 2014.

We have never been disappointed in the standard of service provided. It’s the little details that Jack thinks of that just enhance our stand and help us stand out from our competitors. Nothing is ever a problem and Jack and his team are always available to help and make the show as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.

Jack isn't afraid to challenge his clients

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jack since around 2010. In my prior role, I frequently contracted Saward Marketing & Events to deliver trade show displays for multiple brands around the World. More recently, I have been fortunate to partner with Jack on projects for my own clients and look forward to growing this collaboration in future.

When it comes to trade shows and events, no-one does it better than Jack. He manages to blend superb organizational capabilities, creativity and a focus on ensuring the chosen design delivers on the project goals, with a brilliant, easy-going personality. When you have Jack working on your project, you know that it will be delivered as promised - on time, on budget, and handed over with a smile (and some English breakfast teabags!).

Jack also isn't afraid to challenge his clients. All too often in trade show and event planning, logistical challenges can take over, and it can be easy to lose sight of the original goal. Not with Jack in your corner. He constantly brings the discussions back to the question of "what is the goal, what are you trying to achieve", and uses this information to create exhibit designs that are both effective and experiential.

I absolutely recommend Jack and his team for any event planning projects - large or small, anywhere in world.

Invaluable support, executed to the highest standard

Having worked with Jack and his team for a number of years, we were already confident in their capabilities and level of professionalism, and they did not disappoint at the recent Hillhead show.
During pre-show planning Jack was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and approachable. He was available to call anytime and ironed out any concerns efficiently, whilst keeping us on track with deadlines and planning.
During the show, he and the team went above and beyond to ensure our set-up was smooth sailing, helping us with any issues we had. Even if the problem was outside of their remit, they were still able to guide us to the correct person, to find a solution.
We would highly recommend the supportive and friendly team at Saward Marketing & Events.

Outstanding service and professionalism and much more

Jack and his team were once again invaluable with the organization and assistance at the recent Hillhead Exhibition.
As someone who is pretty disorganized and needs some motivation in getting down to doing the necessary planning, Jack and his team were perfect in assisting me at the right time with the right information and motivation.
Setting up and throughout the Exhibition I always could rely on one of the guys for any help we needed. The whole experience was made far more simple and pain free than is often the case with a outside exhibition in a quarry!

Always enthusiastic and hard working I cannot recommend Saward Marketing and Events enough!

Always in safe hands

We have worked with Jack and his team for about 6 years now. He has always provided sound guidance and supports us in helping us to achieve our ambitions. His advice is honest and straightforward, it is such a pleasure to work with someone who you can trust to deliver what he promises.
His team are attentive and they make sure that your event is running smoothly. Any problems are resolved swiftly and without any drama. Having Saward Marketing & Events on your side is like having an ace up your sleeve!

Fantastic support and customer service

Jack and his team delivered a fantastic looking stand and the level of customer service from the team was exceptional. I have worked with Jack for many years and he continues to deliver a high standard of customer service, which means we will re-engage his services at our next trade show and many more.
