The perfect trade show partner

We are back at base after a brilliant two-days spent on the Delegate Wranglers Pavilion at The Meetings Show - what a fantastic event made so much easier with the level of support provided by yourselves!

This is the first time we've exhibited with you at TMS, but I have no hesitation in rebooking next year, or at other trade shows. From the booking process, pre-show communication, marketing support, to the day itself, you made the logistics of attending a trade show a breeze!

The buzz on the stand was like no other area, you made a corporate event fun, were thoughtful of our needs, even surprising us with a token when we arrived - it's all about the small touches that really go a long way.

You're a great bunch!

This group is my 'go to'

The Delegate Wranglers – I have a lot of love for this group.

It started me off in my world of event sales and has eventually helped lead me to the role I am in today. I first came across posts back in 2014 as I left my 'comfort' role; and moved into the unknown.

I've met so many people all willing to help and support along the way and to watch the group evolve into something incredible has been amazing!!
If in doubt this group is my ‘go to’, and most recently has helped me secure entertainment for my first event charity event.

A fun, welcoming and engaged community.

I've been a member of the DW community for quite some time and always try to attend their events. With a DW event, you know that you're going to be welcomed with open arms, the other attendees are always friendly and there are never any time wasters. I've made many industry friends and meaningful business connections at DW events.

Neil and Di are fantastic hosts and take the time to get to know each attendee. They understand everyones individual networking goals and are superb at making valued introductions.

DW have a huge community and it pays to be part of it. For this reason, this year Spaces Unlocked choose to exhibit at Confex as part of their stand share scheme. This was a much more cost effective way to exhibit at this key industry expo and gave us the added value of honing in on the DW community and the incredible footfall the DW stand receives.

Thanks Delegate Wranglers for being such a strong pillar of the events community and for providing so many valuable industry connections!

The whole DW team and the community have a special togetherness. It feels really nice to be with like minded people, who support each other and the recovery of the events industry. You will not find more real people than Neil, Di, Sarah & Stacey - Any DW event or show you attend, you will always be happy you did and feel part of something magical.
