Feeling like part of the team
We wanted to exhibit at CHS Birmingham but felt that going it alone wasn't an option on this occasion. Problem solved with one call to Neil and from thereonin it was so easy, stress free, everything organized for us and all I had to do was literally show up on the day. The stand was well located, and from previous shows it has evidently become "THE one to visit". Having Zest Mixology on hand was definitely a draw and Murdo was tremendous at keeping a steady flow of cocktails available all afternoon! Neil and Diane made me feel so welcome and I instantly felt part of a team for the day which was so unique from an Independent venue perspective. Thank you for a fabulous day and I very much hope to be part of the team for future events.

Effortless, fun and effective!
Having experienced working and sharing a stand with The Delegate Wranglers before, we had no hesitation in joining them again, this time for CHS Birmingham.
In addition to just loving Neil, Di and the DW team .. you are guaranteed a busy stand, so increasing the opportunities to meet and chat with more people.
It takes a lot of time and energy to exhibit, being a stand partner with the DW's takes away so much of the work .. we were late to the party this time, yet it was all made so easy and effortless by the DW team.
It's wonderful too to meet the other stand partners, who become firm friends by the end of the event.

Passion and positivity
I love the DW family, I knew from the start it would be a great team to be part of. The passion Neil and Diane have for not only the product, but the people is second to none. It's a reliable and trustworthy platform and the knowledge bank of the members is fantastic.
We wouldn't exhibit with anyone else but Delegate Wranglers you ROCK.

Super Easy CHS Birmingham 2021 with The Delegate Wranglers
We took the decision to attend CHS21 at the Birmingham ICC as part of the The Delegate Wranglers stand, and what a great decision that was. Right from the off the level of service was great, from reasonable rates through to the well structured instructions on what details were required and by when. A few reminders in the diary and the process ran very smoothly.
On the day the scale of the DW stand was impressive and attracting a lot of attention, no doubt slightly aided by the free cocktails and photo montage! However, these drinks and the enthusiasm of the DW team meant that exhibitors such as us were kept busy with a steady stream of visitors. This format works well and with the membership ranks of DW also growing, the DW stand seems to be becoming the 'must visit' stand for many guests.
Thanks to Neil and the team for a great day - I very much hope that we'll be able to join you at future events.

We were in safe hands - Stand partner with DW at EVENTIT 2021
I was a stand partner – representing Superla TV, with Delegate Wrangler at EVENTIT in September 2021. From the initial conversation about our attendance, Neil and Diane were superb. They were pro-active with shout-outs pre-event and during, hosting the DW Meet-up the evening before and very supportive on the stand. We all had an equal presence, we were ideally situated, and it was cool to have Zest Mixology as a stand partner, Murdo did a great job drawing delegates to the stand!
Neil and Diane ensured that everyone on the stand got to know each other, which created a great atmosphere and opened future business possibilities between us.
I love the community spirit and positive ethos of Delegate Wranglers. It feels safe and supportive with a lively and well-informed vibe. As a consultant working with various clients, I will definitely be recommending all your services and joining you at future events.

The value of persistence
I have been a member of DW for 3+ years now and ´chip in´ where I can when I see I can add value to other industry enquiries. A while back I got an email from a fellow DW member saying that they saw me active on the forum and asked as they had little knowledge of Spain for events, if our DMC could help deliver a VIP client meeting. Sadly due to ongoing travel challenges the client has decided to postpone the event in Madrid until 2023 however Emotivents have made a new business partner that cost us nothing but some time and experience. HUGE thanks to Neil for his ongoing proactivity and passion for all things MICE!!!

A fantastic resource for event professionals.
I’ve worked in the events and hospitality industry for over 45 years, 35 years of those building a successful agency, Conference Solutions Ltd. There’s been all sorts of innovations across those years, but I can honestly say that I’ve found the Delegate Wranglers group to be one of the most useful. It gives almost instant access to a veritable mine of information and expertise from a massive range of suppliers and event professionals of all sorts. We’ve often saved ourselves literally hours of research with one single post on DW. There’s always plenty of honest reviews and recommendations , so we can comfortably use companies that are new to us but well known to fellow wranglers. And last but not least, the DW page has been a go to place for support and uplift over the last awful 15 months. So thanks DW, and definitely keep up the good work.
