Talking Point Hybrid Event Host

Neil Thompson was our compere / panel host for a hybrid event "Talking Point" hosted at Millennium Point and we would thoroughly recommend working with him.
From initial enquiry to pre-event planning & on the day he was incredibly professional, supportive & responsive. He met with all of our panellists in the run up to the event and helped to engage the wider DW community with the event by running polls & posting on the DW group.
On the day he hosted the event he ensured everything ran to time, made our panellists feel at ease and encouraged our audience to contribute.

Best MICE partners for Confex

We were stand partners with Delegate Wranglers for Confex 2020. Neil and Diane were superb hosts, delivering a very well designed stand that gave all the stand partners equal presence, with storage, great entertainment, and attractions to draw delegates to the stand.

Neil and Diane also ensured that everyone on the stand got to know each other, which created a great atmosphere on the stand.

DW are great at what they do and I will definitely be joining them for future events.

Great value, valuable insight and strong engagement

London CVB were delighted to partner with The Delegate Wranglers team to deliver 2 two video activations; London your global hybrid studio and London Refreshed. It consisted of live Facebook updates followed by a recorded video promoted out across social channels. The days were excellent – we covered a lot of content and received really strong engagement from across the DW Facebook group. The videos have also received excellent volume of views – something we still use in our client communications. The DW team are excellent to work with, not only provide great value but also provide valuable insight and support to make the activity more successful with strong engagement with the event community.

The Delegate Wranglers is our GO-TO for anything events!

Mix and Match has been a member of the Delegate Wranglers since 2016, as soon as launched! We have always found DW to be an extremely useful tool, both for sourcing trustworthy suppliers and gaining new clients. Neil is an absolute pleasure to work with and Mix and Match have proudly partnered with DW on multiple trade shows since 2018, and will continue to do so in the future. Confex Stand 2020

Vue Entertainment were delighted to be one of the partner venues on the Delegate Wrangler’s stand at Confex 2020. The DW stand was a continual hive of activity and the introductory meetings and networking opportunities were endless throughout Confex. Neil and the DW team’s organisation from the time of booking to attending Confex 2020 made it so easy for us as a venue supplier that we have already booked again for Confex 2021. Vue Entertainment is very excited to be once again joining the Delegate Wrangler’s team and the other stand partners at this first live industry event since the Covid-19 pandemic began.

First Confex........

Meet Southport exhibited on the Delgate Wranglers stand in 2020 and for me, it was my first Confex experience. Exhibiting with DW gave me the opportunity to network and meet other industry professionals. Aside from that there was a great energy and enthusiasm on the stand which provided a welcoming atmosphere for prospective clients.
